One of the most annoying scenarios in business is when you
are told "we'll ring you back" and the call never materializes.
Great emphasis is placed on our sales personnel to "ring
you back" when we say we will. We will "ring you back"
either to tell you we have got the information you want, we are
waiting for the information you want, or that we cannot give
you the information you want.
