One of the most annoying scenarios in business is when you are told "we'll ring you back" and the call never materializes.

Great emphasis is placed on our sales personnel to "ring you back" when we say we will. We will "ring you back" either to tell you we have got the information you want, we are waiting for the information you want, or that we cannot give you the information you want.

We take pride in quoting "ex stock availability". By taking this attitude towards stock throughout our trading history we have become renowned for our standards of service.

Quality Assurance

We do not rely solely on the manufacturers of our products for quality assurance.

We regularly do our own "in house" checks making sure that all products meet with our requirements.

In house "goods inwards" and "goods out" procedures also ensure full traceability of product.
